What does Bill 190 actually require?
Ontario's Working for Workers Five Act amended the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Every employer must now meet three requirements:

Maintain Clean Washrooms
All employee washrooms must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. This is not a suggestion — it's a legal obligation.

You must maintain a record showing the date and time of the two most recent cleanings for each washroom. No record = non-compliant.
